My room was very clean upon arrival. The staff responded to every request quickly. Late checkout allowed extra time to prepare for departure. Interconnecting rooms worked well for our family of four.

the room was a good size. i found the bed comfortable and the location advantageous. i appreciated the pool and sauna area, which i utilized before checking out. i would consider staying here again, though i might skip the breakfast next time.

the gym equipment was mostly broken , with many machines out of order and screens not functional.

the staff were friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. lisa, who managed my check-in and check-out, enhanced my stay with her professional and kind service. linda from catering and amanda from the front desk also provided excellent assistance. lois and aga from management were also very helpful.

the staff was friendly. they were happy and cheerful. dinner and breakfast were also good. i appreciated the check-in process.

the air con didn't work and the panel was loose, this made the room a bit uncomfortable. the charge introduced for the pool was a surprise. i wasn't informed about it at check in. the hotel rooms are beginning to look tired.
